We’re pleased to announce that the Canadian Writers’ Summit registration information is now available on our Conference page. The lineup is stellar and the conference, which CCWWP is a part, along with the major literary organizations in Canada, promises to be an unprecedented extravaganza of writers, educators and literary luminaries.

We’re also delighted to announce our two major┬ácompetitions. The Robert Kroetsch Teaching Award and the Bi-annual Writing Contest. The Kroetsch award gives $1000 to an outstanding teacher of writing, while the Writing Contest awards three prizes of $500 each in poetry, fiction and non-fiction. All prizes are only open to CCWWP members.

The Board of the CCWWP has released a statement in support of PEN Canada.
